How do I use Same Day Delivery
Same Day Delivery for local orders received daily by 4 pm. Orders received after 4 pm will be processed the following day. Deliveries start daily from 4 pm till approx. 9:00 pm You will be notified by email & text regarding this.
How much does it take order to be delivered for nearby cities?
At least 2 to 4 business days for your order to be delivered.
How you deliver prepared food?
Please be advised that our delivery will begin every day from 4:00 pm up to 9:00 pm, and if there is some prepared food in your order, you may need to re-heat it. if you are OK with that, so go ahead and submit your order. you may choose Store pickup as well while submitting your order, we offer Free Contactless Curbside Pickup.
Missing Items
what should I do when I can't find a specific product?
Some products have not imported on the website yet, or they might be sold out, If you want to add items that you couldn't find on our online store, you can still put your order with available items and leave us a ""NOTE"" on the ""CART"" page before checkout. We will review your ""NOTE"" and will add the items to your order if they are available. You may receive an adjusted invoice to pay for the added items. Sometimes, our customer service may call you over the phone to confirm adding the new items.
if there is a missing item in my delivery pack what is happened?
if there is a missing item in your order, we may replace it with a similar product, or we've refunded the money to your bank account. please wait for at least 2-3 business days till the refund is applied, but you will receive the refund notification email as soon as we've made the refund. so please check your inbox (and spam folders) to make sure if you've received the email or not.
