How is the delivery charge calculated?
Delivery charges are based on your location and the size of your order.
Orders over $90 qualify for free delivery.
For orders below $90, a flat-rate delivery fee is applied, based on your postal code.
The exact delivery charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Which products have limitations for long-distance delivery?
Some products, especially perishable items (like fresh food, dairy, and certain frozen goods), may have delivery limitations for long distances due to their shelf life or temperature requirements.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.
All payments are secure and processed through our online system.
How do I use Same Day Delivery?
We offer Same Day Delivery exclusively in the Halton Region (Oakville, Burlington, Milton, and Halton Hills).
To qualify, simply place your order before 3:00 PM, and you’ll receive it the same day!
Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
– Please note: We do not deliver on Sundays. Orders placed on Saturday after 3 PM or on Sunday will be delivered on Monday
How much time does it take for orders to be delivered to nearby cities?
Delivery times vary based on your location and are calculated using Canada Post’s delivery estimates.
You’ll see the expected delivery time at checkout after entering your postal code.
📍Note: For customers in the Halton Region (Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Halton Hills), we offer Same Day Delivery for orders placed before 3:00 PM
How much is your flat rate?
Our flat-rate delivery fees are based on your location:
- Halton Region & Hamilton: $9.99
- Other cities in Ontario (outside Halton & Hamilton): $14.99
- Other provinces in Canada: $19.99
Shipping fees are automatically applied at checkout based on your postal code.

How Can I Return a Product?
All sales are final.
However, if you receive an item that is expired, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
How Can I Pick Up My Order from the Store?
